Giorgetti, always careful to the dynamic bio-environment and to sustainable eco design, is being tested for new ecological and recyclable materials. To this has created a prototype of its product using banana fibers brand Beleaf (Biological Engineer Leaf): This is a veneer of environmentally beneficial because it doubles the potential of a banana plantation, also using the material waste and reducing the emission of CO2 into the atmosphere. This project won the Beleaf Interzum 'Best of the Best' award in 2011, competition to be held at the fair Interzum May 25 to 28 in Cologne.
