Explorative spirits at Basecamp Hotel in South Lake Tahoe.
The Basecamp founders saw a gap in the market for a green, affordable and sharing adventure hotels. Together with designer Elaine Cotter they stripped the lake side house down to the framing then rebuilt the camp again by using green building techniques and materials such as the 111 Navy chairs in Persimmon orange made of 111 recycled PET.
